What type of files do you accept?
The best are vector files as EPS or PDF. Make sure you convert all the fonts to autlines.
We can also use Photoshop files, PSD, JPG, BMP or TIFF. Those files need to be 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the size you want it printed.
How can I get a quote?
You can either call or email us for a quote. There are also sample quotes online, so just click here to go to that page.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards or electronic payments through PayPal. Money orders or cash are accepted in person only. You need to schedule an appointment to stop by the studio. Call or email to set it up.
Do you print on customer provided shirts?
Only if its a brand that we are not able to get, or if its more than 144 pieces. Price will be based on the design and shirt type.
Can you print 1 t-shirt?
Yes, we can but we will charge you for the minimum print run. Our minimum is 12 for one color prints and 24 for multiple color prints.
How late are you open?
Usually 9 to 5 but we don't have set hours. If there is a lot of work we stay late, but if there is nothing going on the studio is empty. To visit us and to place or pick up your order you need to schedule an appointment. Call or email to set it up.
Do you offer design services?
Yes, if we are not too busy. There is a $50/hr. charge. Half an hour minimum. We will give you aproximate price before we start your project. Or we can forward your contact info to one of our friendly frelance designers. You'll have to ask them about their rates.
Do you offer finishing services?
Yes, we can fold, bag & tag your items for you. Contact us for exect price.
